1) From Home screen,Touch the “ Contact”
2) Touch Search Contact
3) type the secret code you need in the search box

4) then touch the + to add a contact and the hidden menu will pop in my case it was *#546368#*521#
5) go to SVC MENU
6) PORT CHECK TEST and enable port check test
