1.shutdown unit
2.buksan ang loptop tapos hold command + r hanggang makita nyo ung Apple logo
3. select english pres enter
4. click utilities then hit terminal
5.Pag nakit nyo na yan... just type "resetpassword" without space
6. select user then type new pasword and ur done
