1. Download and install minimal ADB and fastboot in your PC.

2.Make sure you install the adb usb driver of your device.
3. Boot your phone in fastboot mode.
4. Type "fastboot devices" without quot to verify connectivity.
5. Type "fastboot erase persist" or "fastboot erase config" no quot.
6. Type "fastboot reboot" no quot.
7. Done.
Note: Mostly this works to mtk and spd devices but not all devices are supported.
