Before installing the Ram you can check if the CPU have a sign of life or perfectly installed

after installing CPU you need to cooldown the mother board and try to charge without battery, if you see a light indicator it means
CPU if perfectly installed. (if no light indicator it means CPU not installed properly or damage)
