ang ginawa ko hard reset
1.Start by turning off the phone, by using the Power button.
2.Next, press and hold together Volume down and home button and Power button for a few seconds.
3.Release held keys when you see the Boot Mode in front of you.
4.Scroll down to Recovery by using the Volume down and press power button to confirm it.
