1. Turn off phone..
2.Press power button and vol. down button..
Look for recovery mode and press power button
to confirm..
3.when the ANDROID image appear with no command,
press and hold the Volume Up button for a few seconds
then press and release the Power button until the android
recovery screen appears.
4.From the Android Recovery Mode menu select “wipe data / factory reset“.
Use the Volume buttons to navigate and the Power button to confirm.
