1.hold both volume keys and power key for 3 sec
2.now BOOT OPTIONS shows
3.go to recovery with vol down key
4.to select press vol up key
5.now Exclamation mark logo shows ofter press power key 5 times
6.press both volume keys at the same time 4 to 5 times till show reset menu
7.then go to wipe with vol keys
8.to select press power key
