Solution: install motorola usb drivers
i downloaded from sigmakey support
i used Ultimate Multi-Tool Motorola Qualcom
i used windows10 64bit laptop
1. install motorola drivers
2. press volume up&down connect cable
3. select Qcom follow phone screen guide
4. wait until phone restart and drivers detected
5. select motorola qualcom tab
6. press scan in umt to automatically detect qualcom hs usb diagnostics (see images)
7. choose unlock wait and done. . .then restart
8. after unlock if imei become 00000000000
9. repair imei (see image)
DONE!!!
