Procedure:

1. power off the phone (para sigurado tanggalin mo yong battery)

2. press the power button first followed by volume up button (kailangan mapindot nyo kaagad ang volume up button bago lumabas ang map o bago mag vibrate ang cellphone. Hindi po yan sabay pipindutin mauna ang power button tapos volume up)

3. press the two button (by following the instruction number 2) until the map will appear, then release the two button

4. recovery mode menu will appear. Use the up and down volume to select the item

5. select the Wipe data/ factory reset then press power button to confirm

6. select the Yes – delete all user data then press the power button to confirm

7. select the Reboot system now to reboot the phone

8. phone will restart

9. your done!!!
