alam naman natin pag ganito ang problema..try natin sa HR, pag d nakuha, flashing..

kaya try ko agad sa HR. di naman ako nabigo.. (l:0

power off the phone para sigurado tangalin ang battery
press the power button and volume up button
Hindi po yan sabay pipindutin mauna ang power button tapos volume up bago lumabas ang map o bago mag vibrate ang cellphone.
then release the two button

tsaka makikita ang recovery mode gamitin ang up and down volume para mamili

select the Wipe data/ factory reset then press power button to confirm

select the Yes – delete all user data then press the power button to confirm

select the Reboot system now to reboot the phone

phone will restart
