PROBLEM: privacy lock protected
TOOL`S NEEDED:usb cable,firmware,pc,common sense
SOLUTION`S: flashing via fasboot commands
PROCEDURE`S:
1)download files first= http://www.4shared.com/rar/1RelQ2Beba/MyPhone_UNO.html?
2)extract downloaded files
3)after extraction press shift + mouse right click then click the Open command windows here
4)put phone in fastboot mode=press volume up+ power,after showing the menu press volume up to go to fastboot recovery menu,then to select press volume down
5)Then just type the commands in order just type this:
Adb devices
Fastboot devices
Fastboot oem unlock
Fastboot format userdata
Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot reboot......and your done.....

p.s.battery must have 30% above to perform it surely to avoid unnecessary problems...this unit cannot be wipe unless you do this exact process ive made.
if your unit is on hang logo you must update it thru recovery with the update zip fille...
