Need help cloudfone 502q ayaw mag Flash

mga bossing need ko ng help nyo. yung cloudfone 502q ko ayaw mapasukan ng software hindi ma flash.hindi ma program.

action taken :

flash sa sp flashtool hanggang read lng.hindi nag tutuloy.
reheat ko flash ic at CPU still the same. nag hahang din ang unit.

any idea po mga master?
