Action Taken: Hard Reset no luck
Solution: Flash with tested Firmware (upgrade from v027 to v031 build)

Procedure
Download and extract Firmware
Open Cm2qlm , Go to flash tab ,Load firmware and Hit Flash
Shutdown the phone , press Volume up & down for the bootkey,insert cable
Wait til detect , flash and Done
