Nokia Lumia 900 Hardreset

Turn off the Lumia 900 unit
press and hold the Camera / Volume down / Power until it vibrates
then release the Power button.
while keep pressing the Camera / Volume Down for 5seconds

Wait until the process is finish
be sure you have full battery
