Needed:
root explorer [some use "es explorer"]
wifi fixer


Procedure:
Phone/Tablet must be rooted
open root explorer, navigate to:
"data\nvram\APCFG\APRDEB"
delete: "WIFI" and "WIFI_CUSTOM"

extract wifi fixer then copy/paste all content to
"data\nvram\APCFG\APRDEB"
add to permition yung dalawang file na na-cop/paste

reboot, done.
