HELP ME o+ alpha phone 2 radio off

need help po.

na flash ko po ung o+ 360 alpha ng tatay ko dahil sa virus

ginamit ko ung sp flash tool and ung scatter file na galing dito with the name victor

then ginamit ko ung engineering mode para i add ung imei number

current problem is phone 2 radio is off. so hindi pwede mag sabay 2 sim sa phone.

how can i turn this on?

nagamit ko na sir ung mtk droid tool. IMEI is good na. pero wala naman option dun para ma pag sabay naka on ang radio ng phone 1 and phone 2.
