solution hard reset

procedure:

turn off unit
press volume up and power button
lalabas ang
recovery mode
fastboot mode
normal mode
select recovery mode and press volume up once
lalabas ang android logo na may message "No Command"
press power button once para lumabas ang wipe setting
use volume up and down to navigate the desire operation
and use volume up to wipe and to reboot...
thats all...101% tested
