This Reset FRP/Reactivation lock operation needs specific connection sequence using Micro USB and then Samsung Micro UART cable (with 525 kOhm resistor inside).
To perform new Reset FRP/Reactivation operation do the following steps:

1. Select mentioned above device model in Software's list.
2. Press «Reset FRP / Reactivation / EE» button.
3. Select second Reset FRP/Reactivation lock method (press «For devices with UFS memory chips» button).
4. Put the phone into Download Mode (power off the phone, press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" buttons) and connect USB cable.
5. When Software asks, disconnect USB cable and connect Samsung Micro UART cable.
6. Press and hold «Volume-» + «Power ON» keys for 15-20 seconds, Software will automatically close wizard window and do reset FRP/Reactivation lock.
7. Done.

Note: this solution may also work for another (not mentioned above) Exynos CPU-based devices with UFS memory chips. You can try to perform new Reset FRP/Reactivation lock operation for un-supported device by selecting any model from the list above.

Also note, that some revisions of mentioned above devices can be with eMMC chip, not with UFS (even the same model). If You are not sure, that your device has UFS (not eMMC) memory chip, just try to perform new Reset FRP/Reactivation lock operation and Software will automatically detect chip type.

New Reset FRP/Reactivation lock method for Exynos CPU-based devices with eMMC memory chips is under development; stay tuned for future updates.

Note:

1. To perform “Read Codes†via server, you should have an Octopus/Octoplus account. To buy credits, please, contact your local reseller or buy Octopus/Octoplus credits from HERE.
2. “Read Codes†works without root.
3. "Read Codes" operation doesn't affect/touch any data in the phone (Knox, User data, Security), so you can perform the operation without any risk.
4. If device has damaged/modified security or some necessary data, codes can't be found/read, in this case credits will be not charged from your account.
5. Devices with Unlock App (branded T-Mobile, MetroPCS etc.) are not supported!
6. Make sure device requests to enter unlock code and only then perform “Read Codes†operation!

Also note, that you can unlock most of mentioned above old devices via “Unlock†button in Software without credits directly or after downgrading phone’s firmware (or only modem part). 2. Press “Reset FRP / Reactivation†button.
3. Select first Reset FRP / Reactivation lock method (press “Via UART (EMMC memory chip)†button).
4. Connect the phone to Box via Samsung Micro UART cable.
5. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons for 15-20 seconds and wait until software requests to connect Micro USB cable.
6. Connect the phone to PC via Micro USB cable. Software will read certain data.
7. Connect the phone to Box again via Samsung Micro UART cable according to Software request.

3. Perform "Unlock"->"Sprint Unlock" operation.

To unlock AT&T Galaxy Note 9 (requesting to enter unlock code), just connect the device and perform "Unlock"->"AT&T Factory Unlock" operation:

Note: please always use the latest Software version! Not actual Software version may not support the latest device security type and "Read Codes" or "Unlock" operation may be not successful!

Also note: before performing "Read Codes" operation via server it is highly recommended to perform Hard/Factory reset operation! In the opposite case, codes may be not read (not found)!
