Create a folder on your desktop and extract all the files.
Install Spreadtrum driver.
Open Research Download folder and run research download.exe.
Browse the pac file from the firmware folder.
Click the arrow button.
Turn off your device and wait for at least 10 seconds.
While holding either volume down or volume up, plug your device into the computer.
Click Download button. Turn off your smartphone.
Hold either volume up or down then plug your device to the computer.
Research Download Started Flashing. Release the buttons when the flashing process has started, When its Finished Press Stop button.
Boot your device.
