Steps
  1. Open UT latest
  2. Prepare UT driver Installer
  3. Click Oppo Tab
  4. Search Oppo A83
  5. Click pangalawa yung may word na meta
  6. Factory reset Emmc
  7. Power off phone
  8. Hold vol-&+ tas salpak USB wag bitawan hanggat d matapos
  9. Running.....
  10. Rebooting device ok....
  11. Done
  12. Tapos on sa set up na
  13. Click emergency tapos dial *#813#
  14. Done ✅
