1. Switch off your cell phone.
2. Now press and hold together Volume Down + Power button, or Volume Up + Power button.
3. When you see menu of Recovery mode, then release holded keys.
4. From the menu select "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate to options, and Power button to confirm.
5. Nex choose "Yes -- delete all user data".
6. In the end confirm operation "reboot system now".
