mga boss share ko lang oppo A11w made in china may monkey virus nawala ang message.

after download flashing na.
ito muna yung unit may virus pa walang message apps wala rin kaeyboard try hard reset no luck ganon parin

kaya lang di dumaan sa set up menu agad.
kaya make back up and reset factory setting erase all para malinis ito na sya dumaan na sa set up.

boss patulong nga ko ano po yung back up and reset factory setting unfortunately stop mga iba apps nya boss at5 wala pa rin keyboard patulong nman boss...ano gamit mung factory setting

boss still vibrate parin kahit format+download mode or download only mode any solution?
