You need Sim Card with Pin code
Connect the unit to WIFI
Insert Sim with Pin
Sleep the Phone and remove the Sim with Pin
Slide to the left then down the android setup NOT SIGN IN
Upper right corner click the Hexagon sign to go settings
In settings go to Additional Settings
Back up and reset
Erase All data (factory Reset)
1 Reset network settings
2 Reset system settings only
3 Erase downloaded apps and their data
wait til reboot is done
setup again and its done
