Step 1 Turn off unit
Step 2 Press and Hold Vol up and down (sabay)
Step 3 Plug cable
Step 4 Select Factory reset and press start sa MTK Client
Step 5 When format is done, power on the unit
Step 6 If screen is looking for lockscreen password go back to 1st window
Step 7 Go to emergency call dial *#813#
