*Select Qualcom Module
*Select Read/Format Flash
*select Brand/Model
*Press VOL + and - then connect usb cable
*Select Port
*Select Factory Reset "safemode"
*then Tick "START"
For FRP..just dial " *#812# " then manual reset the unit
DONE....
