1.Open Unlocktool Select Oppo
2.Cph1729 A83
3. Select META on TAB
4.Select Factory Reset
5.Hold Vol+ & Vol - then insert USB Cable
6. after reset go to Emergency Call type *#813# then call
7. Done!
