Procedure:
1. Open MRT 3.73
2. Select OPPO tab, Model: F11, Format(Unlock), then START
3. Press Volume Up & Down, insert usb install drivers if needed
4. Wait until done
5. For FRP: Emergency call and dial *#813#
6. DONE
