action taken:
connect mobile phone boot mode volume + & -
once connected install "libusb-win32-devel-filter" then click your mobile port
open MRT
Select OPPO tab
Model F11 Pro
Format (Unlock)
then Start wait for all done then reboot
after reboot if frp is on just go to emergency call type *#813#.
