Oppo f3 password done via octoplus frp tool
Run octoplus frp tool
Click frp
Select device vendor: oppo
Select device model: f3(cph1609)
Click factory reset
Phone in off mode, hold vol+/- connect usb cable to pc
Detection is auto, wait until done.
After factory reset, setup the phone – have frp.
To remove frp, click emergency call and dial *#812# press call
Phone now open in normal mode but in Chinese language.
Go to settings, (more settings) and change to English language
