Issue:No standby power and auto on/off blinking light.Voltage dropout no stable GH12E/ AP2114 3.3v Regulator
Replace with 117 3.3 Voltage Regulator Done!
Power standby and normal again.

Nag automatic off sya ng kusa tapos mag on ulit.kaya ang ginawa ko check ko lang yung 1.8 at 3.3 smd voltage regulator
Nung nag voltage testing ako via ground to Vout side drop ang voltage sa ng 3.3 smd regulator hindi sya normal at random ang kayang volt taas baba lang.hindi sya naka fixed sa 3.3v kaya yun ang nireplace ko..pinalitan ko ng
17-33 voltage regulator galing ibang unit na monitor....after ko makabit yun gumana na at nag standby na ang power.pwede rin ams1117 guys basta fixed sa 3.3 volt.
