1. Open NCK TOOl BOX main module
2. Select the generic cpu on the spd area
3. Activate the diagnostic tool to make the port connected to unit, once it make info or done connected to usb port, it will detect to remove the code
4. Select formate userdata and wait till the unit restarts, its done now
