ito ung firmware http://www.mediafire.com/file/66vnz63docroy7f/Starmobile+PLAY_140404_090326.rar 1.Download the firmware and extract mo kung saan madali makita.
2.Open and load it in "SP flash tool".( if wala pa DL mo ito SP FLASH TOOL ).
3.Go to format tab , tick auto format and format whole flash.
4. Turn off you phone. remove battery and reconnect (do not turn on your device)
5. Click play button then connect your device to your PC/Laptop using USB cable.
pag tapos na at lumabas na yung OK unplug mo na ang usb cable remove battery and saksak ulit tapos.. proceed na tayo na next step
6. Go to download tab, choice download only and click DOWNLOAD. saksak ulit si usb cable sa phone
Antayin matapos at maglabas yung OK.
reboot your device and intay lang 3 to 5mins
tapos ok na yan.
