Sir, I'm Jan Melvin Alvarado. I've recently fixed my unit like yours. Just by this moment to be exact. The only thing you need to do is to unroot your phone. You can use the Kingroot through PC. Unroot it and just look for another software to root your phone because our Qnet(Neo) Phone is not compatible with the Kingroot. I would recommend you to use iRoot.
