connect to wifi
then back to beginning
the connect to wifi again, click manual add network
press mic on upper keyboard, then select DENY
press again the mic and deny & dont ask again
press again and select allow
select PERMISSION then search SETTINGS and look for BACKUP MY DATA and ERASE ALL DATA (FACTORY RESET)

REBOOT AND FINISH THE JOB. THANKS..
