SOLUTION:

step 1, clean or change the volume down button

still recovery mode "DONE"

Step 2,
pasinsyana hindi ko po na kunan ng emage sa enter password, pero kapag e hardreset ito humihingi ito ng password or draw pattern
kaya puntana tayo sa remove password

open MRT dongle V3.77 and follow the emage below

password remove "DONE"

Step 3,
dahil merong FRP or google account lock tangalin natin gamit ang CODE.

FOLLOW THE EMAGE BELOW:
