1. open avenger tool 1.8
2. spredtrum diag click it
3 shutdown your phone and insert usb while you hold the upper volume
4 select enter diag
5 factory reset click

and wait when it say done!! and your phone will reset automatic wait until they finish
frp just dial in emergency *#813#
