Open Settings
About Phone
7 tap MIUI version
Go back to Additional Settings
click Developer option
Click OEM unlocking and USB debugging
off unit

Next Procedure is for Unlocking Bootloader
Open Unlocktool
1.Select Mediatek
2. Click Flash
3. Check Server
4. Click Brand XIAOMI
5. Click Model Redmi 6A Cactus
6. Click PERM/UNLOCK BL
7. Off Unit then Hold V+ and Down then Insert USB Cable

This Procedure is for Converting China ROM to Global ROM
Open Unlocktool
1.Select Mediatek
2. Click Flash
3. Check Server
4. Click Brand XIAOMI
5. Click Model Redmi 6A Cactus
6. Click Load Scatter then select firmware
7. Click Flash
8.. Off Unit then Hold V+ and Down then Insert USB Cable
