Problem: Boot Loop
Firmware: http://www.mediafire.com/file/272cr945v3ldrse/A319_ROW_DS_S318_150615.7z (got from other forum)

Procedure:
1st. Download Firmware
2nd. NCK Box (Select scatter files which you download)
3rd. Safe Flashing only for safety precaution
4th. Click the Flash Firmware and wait to finish and check the unit if working.
