steps

L602 (VBat) must have 4v5+

c624 (same voltage) on one rail)

L604 (inductor) for c624 & c630) must have the same voltage

C604 - same rail...

if theres no output voltage change Backlight IC

if theres an output in all there smd in one rail...

change lcd or clean lcd port connector...


in my case fluctuating so papalitan ko ang backlight ic kc ok nman ung 3 smd flacktuatin lang...
