Samsung S5830L Telcel provider convert to MOVISTAR Provider Unlock solved!!!
Action taken:
1st try ko kay octopus using latest version but still network lock parin...
2nd try ko using Z3X Box halos lahat ng version ng z3x na try ko,
successfull unlock pero network lock parin...
try ko sana e enter ang code pero ayaw ma enter ang code

kaya lang secret pa ang procedure ni boss icemannn
kaya naisipan kong e buzz sya buti nlang nag reply agad salamat sa tolong mo idol...
Procedure:
download firmware from octopus support
then flash using octopus box
after flashing hard reset muna before unlock
problem solved!!!
