Issue: Cant open menu apps using menu button
Steps:
>manual reset by pressing power, call and lock key
>phone was reset but language is arabic
>open resources
>finally tried the steps got fom google and it works
>Select the blue and silver icon that looks like settings
>Select the General Settings Icon (displayed as puzzle icon)
>Scroll down to the last option
>Three Arabic options are displayed
>Select the middle option (English)
>Wait while phone reboots and bingo it should be English
