Procedure:

1.Power on phone
2.Go to Menu Settings Applications Development.
3.Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4.Go to dial window
5.Enter *#7284# Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value
6.BAck to dial window.
7.Type"*#9090#" number.
8.Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
9.Restart phone.
10.Press Read Info" in software.
11.press Read Codes or direct unlock
