■ Forgot Password

Solution:

■ Factory Reset Solution/Hard Reset

Steps:

■ Off ang Phone! Long press power button then select power off! Or Para sigurado remove the battery!

■ Press and hold vol +, home button and power button!

■ When logo appear, bitawan ang power button sunod ang home button while still pressing vol + button until lalabas ang recovery!

■ Select wipe data/factory reset! Using vol -, and vol +! Ok for home button !

■ Select yes!

■ If Done! Select reboot system now!

■ Heres the phone!
