Issue:
Hang Logo

Action Taken:


-Flash 3 Different Firmware (4 Files) Android 7.1.1 Same Issue
-Recovery Mode ko check ano logs sa recovery at ito ang error E:ensure_path_unmounted failed to unmount /efs (Device or resource busy)

-Try ko write EFS file same error



Procedure:

1. Open Samsung Tool Pro

2. Select Correct Model

3. Select Flash Tab

4. Input Fix Rom Firmware in PDA Tab

Put Mobile In Download Mode And Connect USB Cable

5 Hit Flash And Wait Until Done



Note: After maging ok sa Fixed Rom na firmware try ko ulit siya update sa 7.1.1 Via WIFI nag Hang Logo Na Naman, So inulit ko ang procedure then ok na ulit. This time try ko ulit siya flash sa 7.1.1 na Firmware kaso Hang Logo after flash kaya after maulit ko ang procedure inoff ko na auto download and update sa settings at sinabihan ang customer na wag iuupdate sa 7.1.1.
