1st move try muna hard reset pero bigo, hang parin
kaya need firmware na for flashing at para sure download sa z3x support
boot in to recovery mode by press and hold together Volume Up + Home + Power button
piliin yung nasa SS.
matapus ma dowload ang firmware proceed na tayo sa flashing
press and hold together Volume Down + Home + Power button for a while.
Choose Download mode by pressing Volume Up.

To reset Google account activation or Samsung reactivation lock:
1. Power on phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).2. Connect phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
3. Press 'Reset FRP/React/EE' to deactivate Google/Samsung/EE account activation lock.
4. After phoe reboot, go to settings and perform factory reset.
