wipe using freesoft no luck..same problem
root and wipe by volcano DONE
procedure
1.connect power on unit
2.install adb driver if needed (usb debug must enable)
3.connect volcano box and open volcano GUI
4.select android tab
5.root first then start, wait to finish
6.wipe all then start and its done
