UNLOCK SAMSUNG SCL23 [SCL23KDU1BNG3] Without Box/Software

PHONE STATUS:
~Locked in AU (Korea)
~Version: 4.4.2 or any
~Baseband: SCL23KDU1BNG3 << kapag hindi ganito ang Baseband nyo ay punta kayo
PROCEDURES:
1. Power on the phone in Normal Mode without simcard
2. Dial *#9090# to enter Service Mode
3. In Service Mode tap option on the top right side of the phone like this ( : ) then choose Key Input
4. (Input Value type Q then OK) ~Note. wala kayong makikitang result dito
5. From option again choose Key Input
6. (Input Value type 0000 (4 zero ) then OK to enter MAIN MENU
~Note. wala rin kayong makikitang result dito, maghintay lang kayo ng ilang segundo at lalabas ng kusa ang menu.
7. In MAIN MENU select and follow this:
UE SETTING & INFO > SETTING ? PROTOCOL > GCF >GSM/GPRS/WCDMA GCF ON
8. From option again choose Back to go back in UE SETTING PROTOCOL MENU then select and follow this:
AS > FREQUENCY LOCK > RESET
