Problem: Attack by Monkey virus
Action Taken: Hard reset but the problem still exist
Solution: Flash in Tested Firwmware via Odin

Procedure / Instructions

Open Odin3 v3.07
Reboot Phone in Download Mode (hold volume down + home+ power button)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back relax and wait few minutes til DONE!!!

Result

DONE!!!

yung tab4 na natanggap ko ayaw mag run hanggang get pit for mapping..nilagyan kong pit ganun parin kainis all versions na ng odin nagamit ko ayaw parin anokaya prob nun?
