before you proceed need downgrade 4.2.2 or 4.3 ver.
firmware here. https://samsung-firmware.org/model/SC-04E/region/DCM/
and after flash need hard reset. and after hard reset waiting for activate device. then flash again using z3x or odin. cf-auto-root. file here- https://autoroot.chainfire.eu/
