boss try nio tong gawin

go to settings -> more networks -> mobile networks -> roaming settings -> system setting ...here switch from "japan" to "LTE roaming" or "3G roaming"

Now u should get signal...mobile data working too

IMPORTANT!!!! do not update the firmware or u will lose the unlock
